Job Description: 
  • Responsible for total Key Account, Sales to Trade (STT) Management
  • Set account-specific strategies and action plans to achieve corporate goals
  • Conduct regular robust Business Review to both internal and external customers
  • Propose and implement Business Building Activities
  • Ensures the attainment of sales, distribution and merchandising objectives relative to his assigned accounts
  • Regularly assess the market information to Functional Department
  • Monitors and control of all Account Receivable (AR's) of assigned customers
  • Promotes and maintain good trade relation to all our accounts
Qualifications: 
  • College graduate of any Business related course; Male or Female
  • At least 2 years of Sales Management experience preferably from modern trade accounts
  • With strong background is handling, promoting and selling from persnal care products or FMCG
  • Exhibits strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills both in written and oral
  • Can relate to different levels in the orgnization
  • With good moral chracter
  • Good medical condition
