Job Description: 
  • Responsible in Sales to Trade (STT) management
  • Set account-specific strategies and action plans to achieve corporate set goals
  • Propose & implement Business Building Acitivies
  • Ensures the swift implementation of all local and/or national promotions in his/her respective accounts
  • Ensures the attainment of the sales, distribution and merchandising objectives relative to his assigned accounts
  • Regularly assess the market , trade, & completion
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date market information to all Functional Department
  • Monitors and control of all Account Receivables (AR's) of assigned customers
  • Promotes & maintain good trade relation to all our accounts.
Qualifications: 
  • College graduate of any Business related course; Male or Female
  • At least 2 years of Sales Management experience preferably from modern trade accounts
  • With strong background is handling, promoting and selling from persnal care products or FMCG
  • Exhibits strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Good communication skills both in written and oral
  • Can relate to different levels in the orgnization
  • With good moral chracter
  • Good medical condition
