Job Description: 
  • Assist the Finance Manager for the overall preparation of annual budget,3-yr planning, department's budget database, P&L and balance sheet for the group of companies.
  • Responsible for the budget monitoring and financial analysis of department's operating budget.
  • Prepares various reports that will provide informations needed for operational and strategic planning.
  • Prepares monthly analysis of operations and trends to project future expenses.
  • Prepares monthly expense report vs.budget expenses on per account basis.
  • Assist in monitoring prompt submission of closure reports and departmental month-end reports.
Qualifications: 
  • Must be a graduate of  Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
  • With 2-3 years relevant experience in General Accounting and budget analysis
  • Excellent in Advanced Excel application
  • Highly analytical and keen on details
  • Must have excellent administrative skills
  • Knowledge is Syspro accounting system is a plus
